摘要
针对赵楼煤矿7304工作面存在厚煤层综放小煤柱沿空掘巷相邻采空区自燃的风险问题,通过分析小煤柱损伤特性和透气性变化,揭示小煤柱在采空区侧向支承压力作用下的变形破坏及其对空气渗透性的影响;通过研究采空区氧化带分布特征,确定了自燃防治的重点区域。基于此,提出了封堵漏风通道、灌注黄土固结剂和注氮等综合防治措施。封堵漏风通道通过切断连续漏风供氧通道,降低氧气供应;灌注黄土固结剂通过增加煤体密实性,减少漏风;注氮技术通过降低破碎煤体周围的氧气含量和温度,延长煤的氧化时间,减少了自燃的可能性。实践结果表明,以上措施显著降低了采空区自燃风险,确保了矿井的安全生产。

Abstract
In view of the risk problem of spontaneous combustion in adjacent goaf of thick coal seam fully mechanized small coal pillars roadway excavation along goaf existing in the 7304 working face of Zhaolou Coal Mine, by analyzing the damage characteristics and permeability changes of small coal pillars, the deformation and failure of small coal pillars and their impact on air permeability under lateral support pressure action in goaf are revealed; By studying the distribution characteristics of oxidation zones in goaf, the key areas for preventing and governing spontaneous combustion are identified. Based on this, comprehensive prevention and governance measures such as blocking air leakage channels, injecting loess consolidation agents, nitrogen injection and others are proposed. Blocking air leakage channels reduces oxygen supply by cutting off continuous air leakage and oxygen supply channels; Injecting loess consolidation agent reduces air leakage by increasing coal body compactness; Nitrogen injection technology prolongs the oxidation time of coal and reduces the possibility of spontaneous combustion by reducing the oxygen content and temperature around the broken coal body. The practical results show that the above measures significantly reduce the risk of spontaneous combustion in goaf and ensure the safety production of the mine.
