    针对伯方煤矿通风系统主要依赖于人工操作、自动化智能化较低、无法满足政策导向等问题,该矿结合人工智能和物联网技术,研究应用一种全新的智能通风管控系统。系统通过实时信息感知、远程控制、数据监控、智能分析和优化决策,实现通风数据的动态采集、设施的精准调控、巷道网络的在线可视化以及风网态势的决策分析。该系统实现了对井下23个风速传感器和27个多参数传感器的实时监控,2套局部通风机和风窗的智能联动调风以及2套行人行车风门的远程控制、现场控制和AI智能控制,根据AI分析的结果实现防夹功能,避免井下风门和风窗长期看守,减少了固定点测风人员。系统建设后可减少工作人员2人,创造经济效益约40万元/a,有效提升通风系统的稳定性和通风工作的效益。
  • Abstract
    Aiming at the problems of the ventilation system in Bofang Coal Mine mainly relying on manual operation, low automation and intelligent, inability to meet policy guidance and so on, this mine combines artificial intelligence and Internet of Things technology to research and apply a new intelligent ventilation management and control system. The system achieves dynamic collection of ventilation data, precise control of facilities, online visualization of roadway networks, and decision-making analysis of wind network situation through real-time information perception, remote control, data monitoring, intelligent analysis, and optimized decision-making. The system realizes real time monitoring of 23 wind speed sensors and 27 multi parameter sensors underground, intelligent linkage adjustment of 2 sets of local ventilation fans and windows, and remote control, on-site control, and AI intelligent control of 2 sets of pedestrian driving dampers. Based on the results of AI analysis, it realizes anti pinch function, avoids long-term monitoring of underground dampers and windows, and reduces the number of fixed point wind measurement personnel. After the system construction, 2 staff members can be reduced, creating an economic benefit of about 400 000 yuan/a, effectively improving the stability of the ventilation system and the efficiency of ventilation work.
