    采煤工作面是煤矿生产核心区域,掌握采区人员和设备的实时工作状况、及早发现并处置采区设备的故障问题极为重要。针对告成煤矿25041综采工作面仅有人员定位系统(采用无线Wi-Fi定位),不能实现煤机设备的精准定位,为保障矿井的安全高效生产,对25041综采工作面的定位系统进行升级改造,提出了一套基于UWB的井下综采工作面定位系统,实现综采工作面人员和综采设备的精准定位,将数据上传调度中心,动态监控综采工作面的生产状况。现场应用表明,该UWB定位系统能够实现10~20cm的三维定位精度,有效提升了煤矿安全生产管理水平。
  • Abstract
    The coal mining working face is the core area of coal mine production. It is extremely important to grasp the real-time working status of personnel and equipment in the mining area, and to detect and deal with equipment failures in the mining area early. Aiming at the 25041 fully mechanized mining face in Gaocheng Coal Mine only has a personnel positioning system (using wireless Wi-Fi positioning), which cannot achieve accurate positioning of coal machine equipment. In order to ensure the safe and efficient production of the mine, the positioning system of the 25041 fully mechanized mining face is conducted to be upgraded and transformed, a set of UWB based downhole fully mechanized mining face positioning system is proposed to achieve precise positioning of personnel and fully mechanized equipment in the fully mechanized mining face. The data is uploaded to the dispatch center to dynamically monitor the production status of the fully mechanized mining face. The on-site application shows that this UWB positioning system can achieve a three-dimensional positioning accuracy of 10-20 cm, effectively improving the management level of coal mine safety production.
