摘要
焦作煤业(集团)新乡能源有限公司赵固二矿埋深大,巷道围岩控制困难,特别在巷道交叉口处,需要更加坚固有效的支护工艺。针对采用传统交叉口U钢棚复合支护时,钢棚跨度增大时承压能力急剧下降、传统交叉口U钢棚施工难度大以及成巷后影响运输空间大小等问题,根据锚索悬吊理论、复合支护理论,提出“锚网索+C形U钢棚+喷浆+注浆”交叉口复合支护新工艺,实现快速、牢固对交叉口大断面围岩控制。该支护工艺使围岩快速锚固,形成整体承载结构,限制围岩早期变形,后期实施“架棚+喷浆+注浆”复合支护,实现巷道永久承载,且交叉口C形U钢支架具有较高承载能力和可缩性,较传统交叉口U型钢支护方便快捷、承载能力高、适应性强。

Abstract
Zhaogu No.2 Mine of Xinxiang Energy Co., Ltd. in Jiaozuo Coal Industry (Group) has a large burial depth, making it difficult to control the surrounding rock of the roadway. Especially at the roadway intersection, a more robust and effective support technique is needed. In response to the problems of adopting traditional U steel shed composite support at the intersection, the pressure bearing capacity drops sharply when the span of the steel shed increases, the construction difficulty of traditional U steel shed at the intersection is high, and the transportation space size is affected after the roadway is formed, etc, based on the theory of anchor cable suspension and composite support theory, a new intersection composite support technique of "anchor net cable+C-shaped U steel shed+spraying+grouting" is proposed to achieve rapid and firm control of the large cross section surrounding rock at the intersection. This support technique enables the surrounding rock to be quickly anchored, forming an overall load-bearing structure and limiting early deformation of the surrounding rock. In the later stage, composite support of "scaffolding+spraying+grouting" is implemented to achieve permanent load-bearing of the roadway, moreover, the C-shaped U steel bracket at the intersection has relatively high load-bearing capacity and compressibility, making it more convenient and efficient, higher load-bearing capacity and stronger adaptable than traditional U-shaped steel support at the intersection.
