陕北浅埋煤层群回采巷道布置方式与掘进时间优化分析

    由于近距离煤层群开采时上位煤层的开采,势必会对下位煤层开采产生影响。为了确定近距离煤层群下行开采下位煤层巷道合理布置位置,通过理论分析和现场测试的方法,对赵家梁煤矿53采区煤层群开采的回采巷道布置方式及合理掘进时间进行了研究。采用弹塑性力学理论分析研究表明:当53盘区4-4煤层工作面回采巷道布置时,与上部4-3煤区段煤柱外错10m布置,5-1煤层工作面外错4-4煤层工作面25.71~38.58m布置,5-2煤层工作面内错5-1煤层工作面7.6~13.3m布置时,可保障各煤层的安全高效开采。根据上部岩层悬臂梁断裂后下沉动态方程理论,计算了各煤层回采巷道的掘进时间,实现了赵家梁煤矿浅埋近距离煤层群的安全高效开采,对附近相似地质条件矿井安全高效开采具有一定的指导意义。
  • Abstract
    Due to the mining of the upper coal seam during close distance coal seam group mining, it will inevitably have an impact on the mining of the lower coal seam. In order to determine the reasonable layout location of the lower coal seam roadway in the downward mining of the close distance coal seam group, the layout way and the reasonable excavation time of the stoping roadway in the mining of the 53 mining area coal seam group of Zhaojialiang Coal Mine are studied through methods of theoretical analysis and on-site testing. The analysis and research using the theory of elastic-plastic mechanics show that when the stoping roadway of the 4 coal seam working face in the 53 panel area is external staggered arranged with a 10 m from the section coal pillar of the upper 4 coal, the 5 coal seam working face is external staggered arranged with a 25.71-38.58 m from the 4 coal seam working face, and the 5 coal seam working face is external staggered arranged with a 7.6-13.3 m from the 5 coal seam working face, the safe and efficient mining of each coal seam can be guaranteed. According to the subsidence dynamic equation theory after the fracture of the upper rock layer cantilever beam, the excavation time of each coal seam stoping roadway is calculated, and the safe and efficient mining of shallow burial close distance coal seam group in Zhaojialiang Coal Mine is achieved. This has a certain guiding significance for the safe and efficient mining of nearby mines with similar geological conditions.
