    新庄煤矿42011采煤工作面夏季干球温度平均高达33.6℃,湿球温度平均达到33℃,相对湿度平均达到96%。高温、高湿的恶劣环境严重危害了矿工的职业健康,甚至对矿工的身体造成不可逆的伤害。为了解决42011采煤工作面的热害问题,改善矿工的作业环境,研究了一种可移动式局部制冷降温系统,采用2套ZLF-450局部冷风机组制冷、两级阶梯式供冷、防尘水一次性排热工艺,不仅解决了局部降温系统排热难的问题,而且大大提高了制冷降温的效率。降温系统投入使用后,42011采煤工作面干球温度平均降低7.9℃,相对湿度平均降低11.7%,工作面回风口温度降低至27.8℃左右,相对湿度降低至85.1%,降温效果显著,极大地改善了工作面的作业环境。
  • Abstract
    The average dry bulb temperature of the 42011 coal mining working face in Xinzhuang Coal Mine during summer is as high as 33.6 ℃, the average wet bulb temperature is 33 ℃, and the average relative humidity is 96%. The harsh environment of high temperature and high humidity seriously endangers the occupational health of miners and even causes irreversible harm to their bodies. In order to solve the heat damage problem of the 42011 coal mining working face and improve the working environment of miners, a movable type local refrigeration and cooling system is studied. Adopting two sets of ZLF-450 local cold-air machine units for refrigeration, two-stage stepped type for cooling supply, and dust-proof water one-time heat rejection technique. This not only solves the problem of difficult heat rejection in the local cooling system, but also greatly improves the efficiency of refrigeration and cooling. After the cooling system is put into use, the average dry bulb temperature of the 42011 coal mining working face decreases by 7.9 ℃, the average relative humidity decreases by 11.7%, the temperature at the return air inlet of the working face decreases to about 27.8 ℃, and the relative humidity decreases to 85.1%. The cooling effect is significant, greatly improving the working environment of the working face.
