    针对华泓煤业9306工作面采空区存在的煤自燃隐患问题,采用现场监测、数值模拟和综合防灭火技术研究方法,通过程序升温实验确定CO和C2H4为煤自燃预报指标气体,70~80℃为煤自燃临界温度,110~130℃为煤体干裂温度;利用束管监测系统和COMSOL数值模拟软件对9306工作面采空区煤自然发火的“三带”分布规律进行了现场监测和数值模拟,针对性制定了“喷涂堵漏+注氮防灭火+日常防灭火”综合防灭火技术体系。喷涂堵漏风技术有效减少采空区氧化带宽度和面积,注氮防灭火技术显著降低氧化带分布范围,最佳注氮深度30m,注氮量2200m3/h。现场监测结果表明,该防灭火技术体系有效抑制了9306采空区煤自燃,确保了工作面安全生产。
  • Abstract
    In view of the hidden danger problem of coal spontaneous combustion existing in the goaf of the 9306 working face of Huahong Coal Industry, research methods of on-site monitoring, numerical simulation, and comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technology are adopted. Through programmed heating experiments, CO and CHare determined as coal spontaneous combustion prediction index gases, 70-80 ℃is the critical temperature for coal spontaneous combustion, and 110-130 ℃ is the temperature for coal body dry cracking; The distribution law of the "three zones" of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf of the 9306 working face is monitored on site and numerically simulated using bundle tube monitoring system and COMSOL numerical simulation software. A comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technology system of "spraying plugging+nitrogen injection fire prevention and extinguishing+daily fire prevention and extinguishing" is developed accordingly. The spraying blocking air leakage technology effectively reduces the width and area of the oxidation zone in the goaf, and the nitrogen injection fire prevention and extinguishing technology significantly reduces the distribution range of the oxidation zone. The optimal nitrogen injection depth is 30 m and the nitrogen injection amount is 2200 m/h. The on-site monitoring results show that this fire prevention and extinguishing technology system effectively suppresses the coal spontaneous combustion in the 9306 goaf, ensuring the safe production of the working face.
