    为提高煤矿安全生产水平和效率,提出基于物联网的煤矿机电设备状态监测与预测维护系统。该系统通过在关键机电设备上安装传感器,实时收集设备运行数据,并通过物联网技术将这些数据传输到云平台进行分析处理;利用先进的数据分析和机器学习算法,系统能够识别设备潜在故障和性能下降的迹象,实现对设备状态的实时监测和预测性维护。该系统的应用减少了意外停机时间,降低了维修成本,预防事故发生,保障矿工安全,提升煤矿的生产效率和安全管理水平,延长设备使用寿命,优化资源配置,促进煤矿向智能化、数字化转型。
  • Abstract
    To improve the level and efficiency of coal mine safety production, a coal mine electromechanical equipment state monitoring and predictive maintenance system based on the Internet of Things is proposed. This system by installing sensors on key electromechanical equipments, collecting real-time equipment operation data, and transmitting these data to cloud platform for analysis and processing through Internet of Things technology; By utilizing advanced data analysis and machine learning algorithms, the system is able to identify equipment potential failures and signs of performance degradation, enabling real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance of equipment status. The application of this system reduces accidental downtime, lowers maintenance costs, prevents occurrence of accidents, ensures the safety of miners, improves the production efficiency and safety management level of coal mines, extends equipment service life, optimizes resource configuration, and promotes the transformation of coal mines towards intelligentize and digitization.
