炭窑峪矿19-22#煤层回采巷道属于典型的特厚煤层强动压巷道,通过数值模拟、实地调研、实验测试等手段,展开强采动巷道矿压显现特征及围岩控制措施研究。对工作面开采期间回采巷道矿压特征实地调研表明,传统锚网索永久支护和单体柱+木垛补强支护无法有效控制围岩的变形破坏,设计采用急增阻抗高偏载强力支柱进行补强支护,通过对支柱的增阻介质材料和柱体材料及结构优化设计出工作阻力达到600kN的急增阻抗高偏载强力支柱。应用试验表明,采用设计的补强支护后,将超前压力影响段巷道变形量有效控制在较低水平。

Abstract
The 19-22 coal seam stoping roadway in Tanyaoyu Mine belongs to typical extra thick coal seam strong dynamic pressure roadway. Through numerical simulation, field investigation and research, experimental testing and other means, the study of strong mining roadway mine pressure behavior characteristics and surrounding rock control measures are carried out. Field investigation and research on the mine pressure characteristics of the stoping roadway during the mining period of the working face shows that traditional anchor net cable permanent support and single body column+wooden crib reinforcement support cannot effectively control the deformation and failure of the surrounding rock. Therefore, a strong support column with rapidly increasing impedance and anti high bias load is designed for reinforcement support. By optimizing the added resistance dielectric material and column body material and structure of the support column, a rapidly increasing impedance and anti high bias load strong support column with working resistance of 600 kN is designed. The application experiments show that after adopting the designed reinforcement support, the deformation amount of the section roadway affected by the advanced pressure is effectively controlled at a relatively low level.
