摘要
针对赵楼煤矿岩巷掘进过程中支护时间过长,无法实现掘进与支护平行作业的问题,提出了多次梯度支护技术,通过FLAC3D软件数值模拟和理论分析,建立合理的多次梯度支护模型,支护方案包括顶板支护、上帮支护和下帮支护三个阶段,每阶段均详细确定了锚杆和锚索的规格和间排距。数值模拟结果表明,该支护技术显著减少了巷道顶板和两帮的变形量,提高了巷道的稳定性和掘进速度;在中部辅运大巷实际施工中,通过调整支护步骤和时间间隔,实现了支护平行作业,最大程度发挥了围岩自稳能力;深孔窥视仪监测数据显示,实施多次梯度支护后,巷道两帮围岩损伤程度较小,裂隙发育减缓,支护效果显著,有效维持了巷道稳定性。

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of long support time and inability to achieve parallel operation of excavation and support during the rock roadway excavation process in Zhaolou Coal Mine, multiple gradient support technology is proposed. Through FLAC software numerical simulation and theoretical analysis, a reasonable multiple gradient support model is established. The support scheme includes three stages: roof support, upper side support, and lower side support, and the specifications and row spacing of anchor rods and anchor cables are determined in detail in each stage. The numerical simulation results show that this support technology significantly reduces the deformation amount of the roadway roof and two sides, and improves the stability and excavation speed of the roadway; In the actual construction of the central auxiliary transportation main roadway, by adjusting the support steps and time intervals, support parallel operations are achieved, and the self stabilization ability of the surrounding rock is played in maximum extent; The monitoring data from the deep hole peeping instrument show that after multiple gradient supports are implemented, the damage degree of the surrounding rock on both sides of the roadway is relatively small, the development of cracks is slowed down, and the support effect is significant, effectively maintaining the stability of the roadway.
