安平煤矿软岩巷道支护钢结构承载力特性研究

    安平煤业开采5-1号煤层一盘区软岩巷道采用传统锚喷支护时存在巷道变形严重、锚杆脱落等问题,严重影响了矿井的安全生产和作业效率。为此,基于结构力学和地质力学理论,采用数值模拟与现场实践相结合的方法,对U型钢、工字钢、钢轨钢三种不同钢结构在软岩巷道支护中的位移应力变化规律进行了模拟分析,并进行了现场实践应用。结果表明:U型钢的抗变形能力最好,其整体变形量为钢轨钢的85.0%,工字型钢次之,为钢轨钢的92%,而钢轨钢的抗变形能力最弱;三种支承钢结构的主要受力位置为支承肩腰结合处,在模拟长度为10m巷道支护时,4~6m中段巷道围岩变形程度大于头尾巷道围岩;深部软岩巷道水平应力较大时,只有采用侧顶支护时,巷道底鼓位移才比浅巷大。研究成果为矿井的安全生产和高效作业提供了有力保障。
  • Abstract
    When using traditional anchor spray support for soft rock roadway in the first panel area of the No.5-1 coal seam in An'ping Coal Industry, there existing problems such as serious roadway deformation and anchor rod detachment, etc, which seriously affect the safety production and operation efficiency of the mine. Therefore, based on the theories of structural mechanics and geomechanics, a method combining numerical simulation and on-site practice is adopted to simulate and analyze the displacement and stress changes law of three different steel structures, namely U-shaped steel, I-beam steel, and steel rail steel, in soft rock roadway support, and to apply them in on-site practice. The results show that U-shaped steel has the best deformation resistance capacity, with an overall deformation amount of 85.0% of steel rail steel, followed by I-beam steel, the overall deformation amount is 92% of steel rail steel, while steel rail steel has the weakest deformation resistance capacity; The main stress location of the three types of supporting steel structures is at the joint of the supporting shoulder and waist. When simulating the support of a 10 m long roadway, the deformation degree of the 4-6 m middle roadway surrounding rock is greater than that in the head and tail roadway surrounding rock; When the horizontal stress is relatively high in deep soft rock roadways, the displacement of the roadway heaving floor is greater than that in shallow roadways only when side roof support is adopted. The research results provide strong guarantees for the safe production and efficient operation of mines.
