厚煤层综放工作面过特大断层技术实践

    为有效预防综采放顶煤工作面过特大断层时造成的采出率低、采掘衔接矛盾等问题,采用地质勘探技术查明断层具体位置,通过对跳采过断层和直接过断层2种开采方案的经济技术比较,在直接过断层的方法基础上提出采用层位调整、支架防护、采煤机改良等技术措施。实践结果表明:改进后的直接过断层技术保证综放工作面顺利通过了特大断层,回收煤炭达126.4万t。
  • Abstract
    In order to effectively prevent low mining rate, mining and driving connection contradiction and other problems occurred when the fully mechanized top C oal caving mining face passing through ultra large fault, the geological exploration technology was applied to investigate the certain position of the fault.With the econo mic and technical comparison between the cross over passing fault plan and the direct passing through fault plan, based on the direct passing through fault method, the layer level adjustment, powered support protection, coal shearer improvement and other technical measures were provided and applied.The practice results showed tha t with the improvement, the direct passing through fault technology could ensure the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face successfully passing through the ultra large fault and the recovered coal was up to 1.264 million t.
