摘要
针对目前煤矿冻结、注浆使用的转盘钻机存在打钻效率低、自动化水平低和处理事故能力差等问题,设计出一种基于可编程控制器(PLC)且采用人机界面技术的冻结和注浆顶驱钻机控制系统,介绍了顶驱钻机控制系统无极调速、自动上卸扣、自动送钻、监控报警和处理事故功能的具体实现过程及其工作原理;同时介绍了控制系统中关键设备司钻台的结构原理。系统测试结果表明,该控制系统大幅节约了打钻时间,提高了钻进效率,处理事故能力明显提高。
