摘要
针对矿井回风喷淋换热器运行过程中液滴大小对节水及换热效率等因素的影响,采用Flu-ent软件,研究了液滴直径与液滴逃逸率、液滴捕捉率、落入换热器底部液滴的平均温度、回风/液滴之间的总传热量、换热器出口回风温度之间的关系。结果表明:液滴直径选择在0.10~0.15 cm时,换热器的换热效率最高,此时液滴逃逸率也比较低,即节水效率较高。
