沿空留巷Y型通风瓦斯治理效果分析

    由于高瓦斯矿井中,无煤柱沿空留巷Y型通风比传统的U+L、U型通风方式更有利于解决工作面瓦斯超限、缓解生产衔接紧张等问题,基于此,介绍了屯兰矿沿空留巷Y型通风技术在18205采煤工作面的应用效果,结果表明采用沿空留巷Y型通风技术后,工作面通风能力和安全生产可靠程度大幅提升。同时,通过实施底板瓦斯抽采,消除了18205工作面底板瓦斯涌出的现象,工作面风排瓦斯涌出量下降3~4 m3/min,较未实施底板瓦斯抽采前下降了15%~20%,工作面瓦斯抽采率由60%提高到70%以上,工作面底板及回风瓦斯体积分数均稳定在0.5%以下,瓦斯治理效果良好。
  • Abstract
    Due to the Y type ventilation in the pillarless gateway along the goaf of the high gassy mine could be favorable to solve the gas over limit of the coal mini ng face and gently release the production connection tension and others than the conventional U+L and U type ventilations, the paper introduced the applied results of t he Y type ventilation technology to the gateway retained along the goaf of No. 18205 coal mining face in Tunlan Mine.The results showed that after the Y type ventilation technology applied to the gateway retained along the goaf, the ventilation capacity and the safety production reliability of the coal mining face was highly improved.Mea nwhile with the floor gas drainage operation conducted, the floor gas emission phenomenon in No.18205 coal mining face was eliminated and with the ventilation in the coal mining face, the gas emission was reduced from 34 m3/min.In comparison with the floor gas drainage operation uncompleted, the gas drainage was reduced by 1 5%20%.The gas drainage rate of the coal mining face would be improved from 60% to over 70%.The gas volume fraction of the floor and the air return of the coal minin g face would stabilized below 0.5% and the gas control effect was excellent.
