复合顶板巷道变形破坏特征与锚杆支护技术

    为解决辛置煤矿复合顶板巷道支护困难,通过理论分析、数值模拟并结合工程实践,对复合顶板巷道变形破坏机理及相应的锚杆支护技术进行了研究。结果表明:复合顶板的变形破坏主要因锚杆的主动支护作用较差,加之复合顶板各岩层的节理裂隙发育,使复合顶板的初期离层量和变形量较大,顶板的稳定性持续恶化,最终导致复合顶板的大变形以至破坏。因此应提高锚杆(索)的预紧力,增强支护系统护表功能并加强锚索支护强度,以充分发挥锚杆(索)的主动支护作用。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the roof support problem of the mine roadway with complex roof in Xinzhi Mine, with the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and t he engineering practices, a study on the deformation failure mechanism and the related bolt support technology of the mine roadway with the complex roof was conduct ed.The results showed that the deformation failure of the complex roof mainly was caused by the poor active support function of the bolt. The joint crack development of each stratum in the complex roof would cause high initial separation and deformation of the complex roof.Thus the stability of the roof would be getting worst continuou sly and finally would cause the high deformation and failure of the complex roof.Therefore, the pre-tension of the bolt (anchor) should be improved, the surface protectio n function of the support system should be enhanced and the anchor support strength should be increased in order to fully play the active support role of the bolt (anch or).
