摘要
为解决当前煤巷掘进过程中严重制约掘进效率的探、掘之间速度不匹配问题,研制了变频法煤巷超前探测仪。仪器主要由发射模块和接收模块构成。利用SIMULINK强大的仿真建模能力,先完成仪器的仿真开发、模拟试验、改进设计等,再进行样机制造,从而节约成本,缩短开发周期。阐述了仪器的基本原理,重点介绍发射模块的仿真研究工作,包括发射模块的功能、构成和模型,完成了发射模块的SIMULINK仿真,得到了设计的发射电流波形。

e present mine seam gateway driving process, a seam gateway pilot detection instrument with the frequency conversion method was developed.The pilot detection instr
ument was consisted with a transmission module, receiving module and explanation software.With the powerful simulation modeling capacity of the SIMULINK, the simu
lation development, similar experiment, improved design and others of the instrument was firstly developed and then the prototype was manufactured.The cost could be
saved and the development period could be reduced.The paper stated the basic principle of the instrument and in detail introduced the the simulation study work of the
transmission module, including the function, composition and model of the transmission module.The SIMULINK simulation was completed for the transmission module a
nd the designed transmission current waveforms were obtained.
