    为了解决煤层气井排采从前期向后期过渡时由于生产条件急剧变化造成的生产设备与产水、产气量不配套的问题,基于对有杆泵及速度管排采特点分析,提出了有杆泵-速度管排采不停井连续转换的排采工艺方法,完成了对该工艺的可行性分析,完成了整体转换作业的工艺流程的设计。研究表明:该工艺的应用能够避免修井作业,实现同一井筒内在不停井前提下,将有杆排采工艺快速更换为速度管排采工艺,从而减少对煤层气井储层的伤害,保障了煤层气井的连续排采作业,延长了煤层气井的稳产时间和无故障排采时间。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the mismatching problems of the production equipment with the water production and gas production due to the production condition se riously changed when the gas drainage of the coalbed methane wells were transited from the early period to the late period, based on the analysis on the drainage feat ures of the rod pump and speed tube, a continued well switching gas drainage technical method was provided with the rod pump-speed tube drainage, a feasibility anal ysis of the technique was completed and the design on the technical process of the overall switching operation was completed. The study showed that the application of the technology could avoid the repair operation of the well. Under the condition of non stop operation, the rod drainage technology could rapidly replace the process of t he speed tube drainage technology. Thus, the damage to the reservoir of the coalbed methane well could be reduced, the continued drainage operation of the coalbed methane well could be ensured and the stable production time and trouble-free drainage time of the coalbed methane well could be prolonged.
