冲击载荷作用于掩护梁对液压支架的影响分析

    为研究液压支架掩护梁受到冲击载荷之后对支架运动趋势、受力状态以及掩护梁结构的影响,利用多体动力学分析软件ADAMS建立支架的数值仿真模型。模型中掩护梁通过Hypermesh前处理软件进行柔性化设置,立柱与平衡千斤顶由弹簧阻尼系统等效替代,其中立柱刚度设置为变刚度,支架初撑力由立柱等效弹簧预载荷提供,顶板压力采用某静载荷垂直施加于顶板上方,直接顶和基本顶岩块垮塌砸落于掩护梁所产生的冲击载荷由某阶跃载荷进行模拟。基于上述模型,分析了冲击载荷作用于掩护梁不同位置时,顶梁水平前移变化、顶梁与顶板接触力变化、各处铰接点力变化以及掩护梁应力变化,结果表明,载荷作用位置不同所引起支架的各种变化趋势也不同。这可以对支架的稳定性控制和结构强度设计提供参考。
  • Abstract
    To study the influence of movement trend,mechanical state and shield beam structure after the shield beam under impact load,the paper uses a multi-body dynamics software ADAMS to establish the numerical sim-ulation mod- el of hydraulic support. In the model,the shield beam is set as flexible by pre-processing software Hypermesh,the leg and balance jack are replaced by the spring damping system equivalently,the stiffness of the leg is set as the variable stiffness,initial support force is provided by the preload of the equivalent spring,roof pressure is applied vertically to roof through a static load,the impact load caused by immediate roof and main roof rock falls on the shield beam is re- placed by the step load. Based on the above model,the paper analyzes the horizontal forward displacement of canopy, the contact force variations between canopy and roof,the force variation of each hinge joint and shield beam stress change when the impact load acts on the different positions of the shield beam. The results show that the different posi- tion of load caused the different various trends of hydraulic support. This is of great significance for the stability control and equal strength design of hydraulic support.
