摘要
为提高薄煤层采煤机的装煤性能,以离散元理论为基础,结合鄂尔多斯文玉煤矿的煤样性质测定结果,建立了螺旋滚筒与煤壁的离散元仿真模型。解决了离散元煤壁黏结参数的合理选择以及螺旋滚筒与煤壁之间的耦合等关键问题;通过对不同统计区域内煤炭颗粒质量以及速度的变化进行跟踪和统计,找出螺旋滚筒结构及运动学参数等因素对煤流运动规律的影响:随螺旋升角增加,滚筒装煤率呈现出先增大后降低的变化;滚筒装煤率随截割深度和牵引速度的增加大而逐渐降低;增大滚筒转速能够提高装煤效率,但装煤率提高的幅度随滚筒转速的增加逐渐趋于平缓。

Abstract
In order to improve the loading performance of thin seam shearer,the discrete element coupling model of the spiral drum and the coal wall is established based on discrete element theory and the determination results of coal sam- ple properties in Ordos Wenyu Coal Mine. The key problems of the model,such as the coupling of spiral drum and coal wall,the setting of the relevant parameters of the particle have been solved. The influence of the drum structure and motion parameters on the coal flow motion distribution is found out through the particle tracking and statistical process of loading coal quality,speed distribution and change. With the increase of helix angle,the loading rate increases first and then decreases,the loading rate increases with the increase of cutting depth and traction speed gradually decrea- ses,increasing the rotational speed of the drum can improve coal loading efficiency,but the increasing rate of coal loading rate tends to be gentle with the drum speed increases.
