    为实现顺层瓦斯抽采钻孔塌堵孔有效再利用,从空间、时间2个层面分析得出:抽采过程中钻孔周围煤体塑性区、煤体流变性及抽采负压对钻孔塌堵孔影响较为严重。借鉴穿层钻孔塌堵孔修复技术,以水射流为动力,以冲开塌堵孔段、击落塑性区煤体、冲出孔内破落煤体为目的,制定顺层钻孔塌堵孔修复增透技术;现场试验表明:顺层钻孔修复增透后,瓦斯抽采效果改善明显,抽采浓度平均升高1.4~5.0倍,抽采混合流量平均升高1.2~3.5倍;纯瓦斯抽采流量平均升高1.2~10.0倍;顺层钻孔塌堵孔修复增透技术除受修复增透工艺影响,还受钻孔倾角、封孔等影响。
  • Abstract
    In order to realize an effective reutilization of the collapsed borehole for the gas drainage borehole along the seam, the analysis from the space and time levels showed that in the gas drainage process, the plastic zone around the borehole, the rheclogy of the seam and the drainage negative pressure would have serious influences to the borehole collapsed. With the references of the collapsed borehole repair technology with crossing borehole, taking the water jet as the power, taking br eak through the borehole collapsed section, to shot down the coal in the plastic zone and to clean the falling coal in the borehole as the purpose, and the collapsed bor ehole repair and permeability improved technology with the borehole drilling along the seam was determined. The site test showed that after the repair and permeability improved technology with the borehole drilling along the seam, the gas drainage effect was obviously improved, the gas drainage concentration was increased by 1.4 ~ 5.0 times in average and the gas drainage mixed flow was increased by 1.2 ~ 3.5 times in average. The pure gas drainage flow was increased by 1.2 ~ 10.0 times in av erage. Beside the repair and permeability technique, the repair and permeability technology with the borehole drilling along the seam would also be affected by the bore hole inclination, borehole sealing and others.
