    为解决传统矿井灾害事故井下救援时巷道坍塌严重,次生灾害频发,无法保证救援人员安全的问题,进行了地面大直径钻孔救援提升装备研究。为成功实施地面对矿井内的提升救援,研发了ZMK5200QJY40型矿用地面救援提升车,将救援提升系统、救生舱、通信系统、液压及控制系统等一体式布置在专用车辆底盘上;研制了具有多种保护功能的大容绳量提升卷扬,实现救援提升三级安全控制;设计了具有二次逃生功能的救生舱,可实现突发状况下人员的二次逃生;研发了基于煤矿救援用中心通缆式钢丝绳的通信系统,保障地面与救生舱的实时通信、气体浓度及环境参数的实时传输,指导救援。通过对样机的试验应用,验证了救援提升装备各项参数及整机性能,试验结果表明:该装备可满足1 000 m深度范围内,孔径不小于580 mm钻孔救援提升,适合救援提升的空舱速度为1.5 m/s,载人速度为0.8 m/s。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the problems of the serious roadway collapsed, secondary disaster frequently occurred and hard to ensure the safety of the rescue pers onnel during the mine rescue period when a conventional mine disaster accident occurred, a study on the rescue lifting equipment of the large diameter borehole at the mine ground was conducted. In order to successfully implement the lifting rescue from the mine ground to underground mine, a ZMK5200 QJY40 type mine surface gro und rescue vehicle was researched and developed. A rescue lfting system, rescue capsule, communication system, hydraulic and control system and others were integ rated and set on a chassis of a special vehicle. A large rope volume lifting winch with multi protective functions was researched and developed and the rescue lfting wit h three grade safety control was realized. The rescue capsule with a secondary escape function was designed and the secondary escape of the personnel could be real ized when an emergency situation occurred. Based on the central cable type steel wire communication system applied to the coal mine rescue researched and develop ed, the system could ensure the real time communication between the mine surface ground and the rescue capsule, the real time transmission of the gas concentration and environment parameters and the guidance of the rescue. With the test application of the prototype, each parameter of the rescue lifting equipment and the whole pe rformances were verified. The test results showed that within a depth scope of 1 000 m, the equipment could meet the rescue lifting in a borehole with a diameter of no I ess than 580 mm and could be suitable to the rescue lifting with an unload speed of 1.5 m/s and with a man loading speed of 0.8 m/s.
