Full-mechanized coal mining and caving mining method evaluation and key technology for thick coal seam

针对厚煤层综采(放)开采过程中遇到的技术难题,提出了大采高综采(放)开采面临的3个科学问题,建立了基于技术经济分析的厚煤层开采方法适应性评价指标体系与评价模型。基于液压支架与围岩的强度耦合、刚度耦合、稳定性耦合原理,建立了液压支架与围岩的耦合动力学模型及煤壁片帮的“拉裂-滑移”力学模型,提出了大采高综采(放)液压支架合理工作阻力确定的“双因素”控制法。基于大采高综放工作面顶煤冒放性与煤壁稳定性控制的矛盾,提出了增大液压支架的初撑力及优化液压支架架型结构等方法缓解2者之间的矛盾。通过开发厚煤层大采高综采(放)关键技术与装备,实现了厚煤层的安全、高效、高采出率开采。
To overcome the technical problems encountered in the mining process at a fully mechanized mining face with large mining height,this paper puts forward three scientific problems facing fully mechanized mining face with large mining height. Based on the technical and economic analysis of thick coal seam mining method,an adaptability evaluation index system and evaluation model are established. Based on the principle of strength coupling,rigidity coupling and stability coupling between hydraulic support and surrounding rock,a coupling dynamic model of hydrau- lic support and surrounding rock and a “cracking,slip” mechanical model of coal wall spalling are also developed. In addition,the paper puts forward a “double factor” control method for determining reasonable working resistance of the fully mechanized hydraulic support with a large mining height. Based on the contradiction between caving and stability control at a fully-mechanized top-coal caving face with a large mining height,a method of increasing the hydraulic sup- port setting force and improving the structure of hydraulic support are put forward to relieve the contradiction between them. The safe,efficient and high recovery rate of thick coal seam mining is realized by developing the key technology and equipment for thick coal seam.
