    为了改善活性焦及配套移动床装置的脱硝性能,利用固定床反应器设计试验程序,模拟活性焦移动床烟气脱硝过程,通过优化NH3负载工艺提高整个系统的脱硝效率。分别在150、190、230、270、310、350℃条件下负载NH3,利用积分计算单位活性焦NH3处理量;然后在150℃,NO体积分数500×10-6模拟烟气条件下开展脱硝试验。选取典型的NH3负载活性焦和原样品,利用X光电子能谱仪(XPS)对其表面N元素进行高分辨率扫描。结果表明:低于230℃的NH3负载以物理吸附为主,高于230℃NH3与活性焦以化学态结合。高温NH3负载形成的含氮官能团中吡啶和吡咯等碱性含氮官能团含量有所提高;活性焦脱硝效率与其NH3负载容量存在较好的线性相关性,无论是物理或是化学吸附NH3都能提升脱硝性能。
  • Abstract
    In order to improve denitrification performance of activated coke and corresponding moving bed reactor,the experiment sequence was designed in a fixed bed reactor to simulate the gas denitrification process of moving bed with activated coke. The authors tried to enhance denitrification efficiency of system by optimizing NH3 loading process. Firstly,loading NH3 over activated coke at 150,190,230,270,310,350 ℃ respectively and the treating capacity of NH3 was calculated by integral. Secondly,the denitrification experiment was conducted under the condition of simulated flue gas of 500×10-6 NO concentration and 150 ℃ . The authors selected typical NH3 loaded activated coke and original sample to do high resolution scanning of surface N element by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy ( XPS) . The results show that NH3 loading below 230 ℃ is dominated by physical adsorption,and higher than 230 ℃ is incorporation by the chemical reaction between NH3 and activated coke. The basic nitrogen-containing functional groups,such as pyridine and pyrrole which formed by high temperature NH3 loading are improved. There is a good linear correlation between the denitrification efficiency of activated coke and its NH3 loading capacity. Both physical and chemically adsorbed NH3 can improve the denitrification performance.
