    地面定向水平孔煤层底板预注浆防治水技术已经成为矿井煤层底板水害防治主要方法之一,利用地面定向水平孔可对煤层底板含水层进行超前探查和注浆治理。根据赵固一矿18031工作面地层条件,介绍了地面定向水平孔煤层底板超前注浆防治水技术方案,包括钻孔布置、钻孔轨迹和钻孔结构,同时根据现场情况,研究了深厚表土层大口径大倾角钻孔定向钻进技术、大顶角钻孔大口径套管下放技术、大水垂比长距离水平钻孔钻进技术、水平段顺层钻进和岩层判别技术,成功实现了钻孔水平段沿煤层底板灰岩钻进,并且水垂比达到了2.39,增加钻孔利用率,并对18031工作面底板灰岩进行了探查和注浆治理,为地面定向水平孔在煤层底板水害防治中的进一步推广提供了参考。

  • Abstract
    Ground orientation horizontal hole coal seam floor pre-grouting prevention and control technology has become one of the main methods for prevention and control of coal seam floor water damage.Using ground directional horizontal hole,we can carry out advanced exploration and grouting control for coal seam floor aquifer.According to the formation conditions of the No.18031 working face of Zhaogu Mine,this paper introduces the technical scheme of prevention and control of water for surface directional horizontal hole coal seam floor grouting,including drilling layout,drilling trajectory and drilling structure.The technology of pipe laying,large water vertical ratio and horizontal drilling,horizontal section drilling and the vertical ratio of water sag reached 2.39.Increase the utilization of drilling and explored the limestone of the floor of No.18031 working face.And grouting control can provide references for further promotion of ground directional horizontal holes in water control of coal seam floor.The feasibility of coal seam floor grounting technology with ground oriented horizonal hole is verified.
