    为了研究粒径对煤氧化反应活化能的影响,利用煤自燃程序升温试验装置,研究了不同粒径煤样在低温氧化阶段的耗氧速率以及气体产物与温度对应关系,分析了气体产物与耗氧速率随温度的变化规律,得到不同粒径煤样的临界温度点,并使用该温度点将低温氧化阶段划分为2个阶段,并对不同阶段开展了动力学分析。建立了耗氧速率与煤体温度之间的阿伦尼乌斯公式并对其进行对数处理得到活化能方程,分析该方程的线性回归直线斜率并计算出煤样低温氧化表观活化能。研究结果表明:粒径对表观活化能的影响较大,且基本遵循粒径越大,活化能越大的规律。粒径为5~7 mm的煤样在临界温度前的活化能是最大的,证明相较于其他粒径,该粒径的煤样在低温阶段不易自燃。通过混样活化能的对比可以看出,2-2中煤层比3-1煤层自燃倾向性低。

  • Abstract
    In order to study the coal partical affected to the coal oxidation reaction and activated energy, a programmed temperature rising experiment device of the coal spontaneous combustion was applied to study the oxygen consumption rate of different partical coal samples at the low temperature oxidation stage as well as the corresponding relationship between the gas product and temperature and to analyze the gas product and oxygen consumption rate with the temperature variation law. A critical temperature point of the different partical coal samples were obtained,the temperature point was used to divide the low temperature oxidation stage into two stages, and the kinetic analysis was carried out for different stages.Arrhenius equation between the oxygen consumption rate and coal temperature was established and the activated energy equation was obtained from the logarithmic processing. The linear regressive straight line slope of the equation was analyzed and the low temperature oxidized apparent activation energy of the coal sample was calculated. The study results showed that the partical size would have a high influence to the apparent activation energy. The larger the partical size was, the higher activation energy would be. The coal samples with the partical size of 5~7 mm would have maximum activation energy before the critical temperature reached. Compared with other particle sizes, the coal samples with the partical size would be not easy to have the spontaneous combustion at the low temperature stage. The comparison between the activation energy of the mixed samples showed that the spontaneous combustion tendency of No. 2-2 seam would be lower than No.3-1 seam.
