System design and key technology of transparent mine management and control platform

在分析国内外研究现状的基础上,提出了透明化矿山的概念和核心内容以及构建透明化矿山需要遵循的5个原则,并基于空间信息技术的最新发展,阐述了包括三维引擎层、智能煤矿平台层和生产操作层的透明化矿山系统构建的体系架构,并针对煤矿井上下空间对象的建模规范、多源时空数据的存储与集成、高精度地质体模型的构建和动态修正、海量数据三维可视化、机电设备模型构建与仿真以及自动化远程可视化控制等关键技术问题提出了解决方案,为矿山的透明化远程管控提供参考。部分技术已在阳泉煤业(集团)有限责任公司得到实际应用。
Based on the full analysis of the present situation at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the concept and core content of transparent mine and five principles to be followed in constructing transparent mine. Based on the latest development of spatial information technology,the paper expounds the architecture of transparent mine system in- cluding three-dimensional engine layer,intelligent coal mine platform layer and production operation layer,and intro- duced the solutions of the key technical problems of three-dimensional spatial modeling criterion for coal mine,the storage and integration of multi-source spatial-temporal data,the construction and dynamic modification of high-preci- sion geological models,the three-dimensional visualization of massive data,and mechanical and electrical equipment modeling and simulation and three-dimensional automated remote control. Those establish a solid foundation for trans- parent remote management and control of coal mines. Some technologies have been applied in Yangquan Coal Industry (Group) Co. Ltd.
