    针对综采液压支架一直以来在横向调斜和平面调偏方面存在的技术难题,对液压支架位姿状态自主调斜调偏技术进行了深入研究。对于各种煤层地质条件下,尤其是煤层顶底板倾角变化大、地质构造发育的工作面,由于不能及时调架,容易造成支架倾斜、错位、挤咬甚至造成倒架事故的现状,结合现有液压支架实际状况,进行了理论分析和判断,建立了调斜调偏理论模型,并通过模型计算对比,找出了现有液压支架调斜调偏技术和装置存在的缺陷和问题。提出了适合综采液压支架本身自主调斜调偏和有利于集中控制的新技术,设计了新的调斜调偏机构。经过在云驾岭煤矿805综采工作面实际应用,取得了初步的效果。该成果解决了液压支架在工作面横向倾斜方向上的位姿状态调斜和平面上的位姿状态调偏等关键技术,进一步完善和扩展了液压支架在各种条件下的位姿调架技术。


  • Abstract
    Aiming at the technical problems in lateral and plane deviation adjustment of fully-mechanized mining hydraulic support, the technology of self-adjusting deviation of hydraulic support′s position and posture is deeply studied. For various coal seam geological conditions, especially the working face with large change of inclination angle of roof and floor and development of geological structure, it is easy to cause support inclination, dislocation, squeezing and even overturning accidents because of the lack of timely adjusting. Combining with the actual situation of existing hydraulic support, theoretical analysis and judgment are made, and theoretical model of adjusting inclination and deflection is established, and the model calculation is carried out. By comparison, the shortcomings and problems of the existing deviation adjustment technology and device for hydraulic support are found out. A new technology suitable for self-adjusting deviation and centralized control of fully-mechanized mining hydraulic support is put forward, and a new deviation adjusting mechanism is designed and manufactured. After the verification of the No.805 fully-mechanized mining face in Yunjialing Coal Mine, the improved technology has good effect in the attitude adjustment of the hydraulic support in the vertical tilt direction and the attitude adjustment in the horizontal twist direction. The technology relies on the hydraulic support mechanism to adjust the attitude of the bracket, and it is easy to realize data acquisition and automatic centralized control. It can improve the current situation that the hydraulic support system of the hydraulic support lacks the attitude adjustment means for the inclined bracket in the poor geological conditions.
