    单轴抗压强度(UCS)是衡量煤岩体力学性能的基本参数之一,破碎煤体UCS一直是煤矿工程师面临的一个难题。以新元煤矿为工程背景,提出了一种基于原位钻孔触探法快速测定破碎煤体UCS的方法,为构建破碎煤体单轴抗压强度现场测定方法提供了一个新的思路。首先通过优化探针直径和改进动力源,现场对破碎煤体进行原位钻孔触探强度测定,然后采集破碎煤样进行实验室点载荷强度测定,同时根据钻孔触探法和点载荷法2种测试方法将测试数据分为两组,得到对应测试结果威布尔分布相关参数,其次运用数理统计软件SPSS分别对回归方程和回归系数进行显著性检验,建立临界载荷(Pc)与点载荷强度指数(Is50)的关系,在此基础上借助Is50与UCS的经验关系,建立破碎煤体UCS与Pc的关系,实现破碎煤体UCS的原位快速测定。研究结果表明:钻孔触探法与点载荷法测试数据对应的威布尔分布形状参数分别为:402,412,即2种测试方法的测试结果分布函数形状基本一致;新元煤矿破碎煤体钻孔触探临界载荷与点载荷强度指数的关系为:Is50=0.066Pc-0.002;新元煤矿破碎煤体UCS与钻孔触探临界载荷的关系为:UCS=0.807Pc+1.726;新元煤矿破碎煤体钻孔触探临界载荷为1.55~3.48 MPa,UCS为2.97~4.53 MPa;新元煤矿破碎煤体UCS测定结果与现场估算较为接近,表明所提出的破碎煤体单轴抗压强度测定方法切实可行。

  • Abstract
    Uniaxial compressive strength ( UCS) is one of basic parameters to measure the mechanical properties of coal and rock mass. It is extremely difficult to obtain the UCS of weak coals. Based on the current engineering back- ground of Xinyuan coal mine,this paper proposes a new borehole penetrating method for a rapid measurement of the UCS of weak coal. It provides a new idea to build a field measurement method of UCS of weak coal. By optimizing the probe diameter and improving the pump,the in-situ penetration strength of the broken coal was measured. Then the broken coal samples were collected for the laboratory point load strength measurement. The test data were divided into two groups according to two test methods of borehole penetrating method and point load method,and the corresponding test results were obtained with the relevant parameters of Weibull distribution. Statistical software SPSS was used to test the significance of regression equation and regression coefficient,then the relationship between the critical load (Pc ) and the point load intensity index (Is50 ) of the weak coal is derived at the Xinyuan coal mine. By virtue of the empirical relationship between Is50 and UCS,the relationship between UCS and Pc is established to realize the rapid in-situ determination of UCS of weak coal. The study shows that the Weibull distribution shape parameters correspond- ing to the test data of the drilling penetration method and the point load method are 4. 02 and 4. 12 respectively,which indicates the distribution function shapes of the test results of the two test methods are basically consistent;the relation- ship between the critical pressure of borehole penetrating method and the point load strength index of the weak coal body in Xinyuan coal mine is:Is50 = 0. 066Pc -0. 002;the distribution range of Pc is 1. 55-3. 48 MPa and the expres- sion of UCS of weak coal is UCS = 0. 807Pc +1. 726;and the uniaxial compressive strength value of the weak coal is 2. 97-4. 53 MPa in the roadway of Xinyuan coal mine. The results of UCS measurement of weak coal in Xinyuan coal mine match with the field estimations,indicating that the proposed method for conducting the UCS measurement of weak coal is feasible.
