  • 摘要

    为了实现煤矿"机械化换人、自动化减人",加快提升煤矿灾害防治技术水平和安全科技保障能力,结合陕煤集团黄陵矿业公司中厚煤层智能化无人综采技术的成功实践经验,介绍了研发机架协同"割三角煤"工艺,超前支架远程监控系统,远程操作系统,工作面视频监控等关键技术,科学分析推广应用该套技术可能面临的主要问题及制约因素,指导该套技术的全面推广应用;同时,有针对性地对今后智能化综采技术的科研攻关重点和创新发展方向进行了展望。 

  • Abstract
    In order to realize"mechanization to replace human and automatic reduction of human"in the coal mine and to speed up and upgrade the technology leve I of the mine disaster prevention and control and the safety technology guarantee capacity, in combination with the successful practice experiences of the intelligent un manned fully mechanized mining technology in the medium thick seam of Huangling Mining Group Company Limited, the key technologies such as frame cooperating C utting triangle coal process, advanced support remote monitoring system, remote control system and video monitoring of working face were introduced. The paper scien tifically analyzed the main problems and restricted factors possibly faced to the promotion and application of the technology. The paper had guidance on the full promoti on and application of the technology. Meanwhile, an outlook was conducted on the key research and development program and the innovation development orientation of the late intelligent fully mechanized coal mining technology.
