    针对褶皱构造引起的采场应力异常及采场动力灾害问题,采用FLAC3D数值模拟的方法,研究了褶皱区域煤层开采过程中的应力演化规律,分析了褶皱区域不同位置工作面煤岩应力分布特征。研究结果表明:受上覆岩层和水平挤压作用形成的皱褶,背斜与向斜轴部水平应力集中,其中背斜与向斜内弧压应力集中,外弧拉应力集中;在褶皱中回采时,水平应力起主要控制作用,工作面接近背斜轴部时,顶板岩层稳定性逐渐降低,而底板岩层稳定性逐渐升高;工作面在背斜与向斜之间推进时,自背斜轴部仰采推进时煤壁前方应力更低,回采更安全。赵楼煤矿千米埋深的7301工作面在褶皱中推进时,俯采接近向斜轴部时微震日平均能量增大,仰采推进至背斜轴部时发生工作面煤壁片帮,顶板破碎、垮落等现象,现场观测与模拟分析结果较为吻合。研究结果对采场褶皱区安全开采具有一定的指导意义。

  • Abstract
    Aiming at the problems of stope stress and dynamic disaster caused by fold structure, the FLAC3D numerical simulation method was used to study the stress evolution law of the coal seam in the fold area, and the stress distribution characteristics of coal and rock at different positions in the fold area were analyzed.The study indicates:The horizontal stress concentration in the axis of anticline and syncline is caused by the folds formed by the overlying strata and horizontal compression, in which the internal arc pressure stress concentration in the anticline and syncline, and the external arc tensile stress concentration.When mining in the fold, the horizontal stress plays a major role in controlling.When the working face is close to the axis of anticline, the stability of roof rock gradually decreases, while the stability of floor rock gradually increases; if mining between the anticline and syncline, the abutment pressure is lower and the mining is safer when it is pushed from the axis of the anticline.The daily average energy of microseism increases when the No.7301 working face with depth of 1 000 m of the Zhaolou Coal Mine advanced in the fold near the syncline axis, and coal and roof breaking and falling occur when advancing to the anticline axis, which is in good agreement with the simulation results.The research results have certain guiding significance for safe mining in the fold area of stope.
