    为解决现有煤矿开采中液压支架无法根据井下煤层环境及时调整支护姿态的问题,提出了一种基于真实煤层环境的液压支架运动虚拟仿真方法。该方法在虚拟软件Unity 3D中基于真实煤层数据点直接生成顶底板煤层环境曲面,并结合液压支架模型对其进行物理组件的添加,实现了液压支架基于重力作用下对底板曲面的自适应贴合。通过对液压支架模型的运动学和煤层顶板曲面数据点的分析,确定出满足该顶板支护状态下的液压支架各部件角度信息值,在虚拟空间中预先实现液压支架对煤层环境运动姿态的调整。最后进行了试验,在试验中构建了煤层顶底板曲面模型,进行了液压支架在试验煤层情况下的支护姿态调整;同时在虚拟环境中生成相应的煤层顶底板曲面,并进行了虚拟环境中液压支架姿态的调整。试验结果表明,利用虚拟软件Unity 3D实现基于煤层环境的液压支架运动参数变化与实际液压支架运动参数变化基本相同。本方法为实现液压支架对围岩煤层环境的自适应调整提供了思路参考和应用实践。


  • Abstract
    In order to solve problem that hydraulic support can not adjust support posture in time according to underground coal seam environment in the existing coal mining, a virtual simulation method of hydraulic support movement based on real coal seam environment is proposed.This method directly generates top and bottom coal seam environmental surfaces based on real coal seam data points in virtual software Unity 3D.Then, combined with hydraulic support model and addition of its physical components, it realizes self-adapting fitting of hydraulic support to floor surface based on gravity fit.The angle information values of each component of hydraulic support under condition of roof support can be determined through analysis of kinematics of hydraulic support model and data points of coal seam roof surface.In this way,movement posture of hydraulic support to coal seam environment can be realized in advance in a virtual space.Finally, experiment is carried out, in which a model of coal seam top and bottom surfaces is constructed, and support posture hydraulic support in experimental coal seam is adjusted.At the same time, the corresponding surfaces of coal seam roof and floor are generated in a virtual environment and the attitude adjustment of hydraulic support in virtual environment is carried out.The test results show that movement parameters of hydraulic support based on coal seam environment by using virtual software Unity 3D are basically the same as those of actual hydraulic support.This method provides a reference and application practice for realizing the adaptive adjustment of hydraulic support to surrounding rock environment.
