Grounding specific pressure distribution law of track of road-header under yaw cutting conditions

考虑到掘进机接地比压决定了掘进机通过性和工作稳定性,是确定掘进机与地面附着力矩的基础,研究了掘进机横摆截割工况下接地比压分布情况。首先对掘进机横摆工况进行分析,确定掘进机与巷道底板接触部件与载荷构成。使用SolidWorks建模确定不同工况下掘进机重心坐标,使用Cftool拟合工具对已有数据进行拟合,得到掘进机重心坐标随横摆角和纵向角度的拟合曲线(曲面)。推导考虑不同截割部横纵向角度、巷道倾角以及后支撑载荷情况下掘进机履带接地比压分布公式。以国产EBZ300型掘进机为研究对象进行实例数值计算。研究结果表明:实例中接地比压最大值为0.312 MPa,超过了EBZ300掘进机说明书中计算的平均接地比压0.198 MPa,验证了通常使用的平均接地比压计算方法无法真实体现接地比压分布情况;截割部横摆导致重心偏移,使得偏重一侧履带的接地比压大于另一侧。得到了不同参数影响下掘进机两侧履带接地比压分布规律。依据相似比例制作掘进机模型机,通过模型机进行截割部横摆角和纵摆角变化对履带接地比压分布影响的实验验证。实验测得这两种工况下掘进机履带接地比压分布情况和计算结果规律基本一致,误差不超过20%。通过实验验证了本文理论计算方法的可行性和有效性。
Considering that the grounding specific pressure of roadheader determines the roadheader’ s traffi-cability and working stability,and is the basis of determining the adhesion moment between roadheader and ground,this paper studies the distribution of grounding specific pressure under the condition of yaw cutting of the roadheader. Firstly,the yaw condition of roadheader is analyzed,and the contact parts and load components between roadheader and roadway floor are determined. SolidWorks model is used to determine the center of gravity coordinates of the roadheader under different working conditions,and Cftool fitting tool is used to fit the existing data,and the fitting curve (surface) of the center of gravity coordinates of the roadheader with yaw angle and longitudinal angle is obtained. The formula of specific pressure distribution of roadheader caterpillar grounding is deduced considering the different longitudinal and transverse angles of cutting section,the inclination angle of roadway and back support load. Taking EBZ300 roadheader made in China as an example,a numerical calculation is carried out. The results show that the maximum grounding specific pressure is 0. 312 MPa,which exceeds the average grounding specific pressure of 0. 198 MPa calculated in EBZ300 roadheader specifications. It verifies that the commonly used calculation method of average grounding specific pressure can not truly reflect the distribution of grounding specific pressure. The sway of the cutting section results in the center of gravity deviation,which makes the grounding specific pressure of the caterpillar on one side of the bias greater than that on the other side. The grounding specific pressure distribution law of roadheader crawler on both sides under the influence of different parameters is obtained. The model machine of roadheader is made according to the similar proportion,and the influence of the change of yaw angle and pitch angle of cutting section on the distribution of specific ground pressure of caterpillar track is verified by the model machine. The ground specific pressure distribution of the roadheader crawler under these two working conditions is basically the same as that of the calculation results,and the error is less than 20% . The feasibility and validity of the theoretical calculation method are verified by experiments.
