  • 摘要
    根据斜沟煤矿23103大采高综放工作面特厚煤层赋存条件,运用力学分析、PFC数值模拟和1∶40的大比例物理模拟试验,研究了大采高综放工作面顶煤的变形规律。结果表明:①随着顶煤厚度的增加,支承压力的峰值强度降低,峰值点距煤壁距离增加,支承压力影响范围加大;②顶煤在支承压力峰值区主要为剪切破坏;邻近工作面的煤壁,支承压力降低,顶煤的破坏主要为拉伸破坏;③煤壁前方顶煤运移以水平方向的变形为主;控顶距上方顶煤运移以垂直位移为主;④顶煤是以受拉破坏为主造成冒落;采高4 m时,顶煤垮落角平均值为67.36°,顶板断裂期间,顶煤垮落角的平均值为76.54°。给出顶煤滞后垮落的处理措施,对斜沟及具有相似赋存条件的煤层,具有一定的指导意义。
  • Abstract
    According to the occurrence condition of extra-thick coal seam of 23103 large mining height fully mechanized caving face in Xiegou coal mine,the deform ation of top coal in large mining height fully mechanized caving face was studied by mechanical analysis,PFC numerical simulation and large scale physical simulation t estof1 : 40.The results show that:①With the increase of the thickness of the top coal,the peak strength of the supporting pressure decreases,the distance between t he peak point and the coal wall increases,and the influence range of the supporting pressure increases.②The top coal is mainly sheared in the peak area of the suppo rting pressure.Destruction; the coal wall adjacent to the working face,the supporting pressure is reduced,the damage of the top coal is mainly tensile failure; ③the top C oal movement in front of the coal wall is mainly in the horizontal direction; The vertical displacement is dominant;④the top coal is mainly caused by the tensile failure; when the mining height is 4 m,the average value of the top coal caving angle is 67.36°. During the roof rupture,the average value of the top coal caving angle is 76.5 4°. The treatment measures for the lag of the top coal are given,which has certain guiding significance for the inclined ditch and the coal seam with similar occurrence conditions.
