摘要
为了解决孤岛工作面下方大巷围岩支护困难问题,基于弹性力学理论对巷道围岩受力进行分析,探讨了巷道围岩塑性区的影响因素,并分析了巷道半径对巷道围岩塑性区的影响,结合计算机数值模拟,对巷道围岩塑性破坏特征与支护技术优化展开研究,分析得出巷道围岩塑性区剪切破坏呈现"X"型特征,基于此,对原有支护方案进行优化设计,沿巷道正中及顶底板左右四角各增打1根长8 m的锚索,综合数值模拟分析与工业性试验监测,结果表明:巷道围岩支护方案优化后可显著降低巷道围岩应力及控制塑性区发育,围岩变形量最大为0.3 m;验证了优化支护方案的可行性,保证了巷道围岩的稳定,改善了孤岛工作面作用下,原支护方案效果需要反复维修,大巷持续变形的现状。
