    为解决超大规模煤炭资源开采与脆弱生态环境保护之间的突出矛盾,以神东矿区井上井下生态环境为研究对象,研究了神东矿区煤矿高强度开采条件下对生态环境带来的破坏,提出了煤矿井上井下立体生态环境概念,包括煤矿井下生态环境、地表生态环境和矿区大气生态环境,开发了井上井下生态环境治理技术,并在神东矿区成功应用。结果表明:①对煤矿井下通风、瓦斯、粉尘、采空区浮煤、水资源、矸石等进行综合治理,可构建一个良好的煤矿井下生态环境;②利用地表生态系统的自我恢复能力,辅以人工措施,使遭到破坏的生态系统逐步恢复或使生态系统向良性循环方向发展,打造一个宜人的地表生态环境;③对洗选装车外运粉尘、锅炉烟气、抽采瓦斯进行治理和利用,打造一个适宜的矿区大气生态环境。

  • Abstract
    In order to solve the prominent contradiction between the ultra-large-scale coal resource mining and fragile ecological environmental protection,the ecological environment management of the underground mine in Shendong mining area was taken as the research object,and the damage to the ecological environment caused by coal mining in Shendong mining area under high-intensity mining conditions was studied.The concept of the comprehensive three-dimensional ecological environment in the above and below the mines is proposed,including the underground ecological environment in coal mines,the surface ecological environment and the atmospheric ecological environment in the mining area,the ecological environment management technology above and below the mines has been developed and successfully applied in the Shendong mining area.The results show that:A good underground coal mine ecological environment can be built by comprehensive treatment of underground coal mine ventilation,gas,dust,goaf coal,water resources,gangue,etc;Utilizing the self-recovery ability of the surface ecosystem,and supplemented by artificial measures to gradually restore the damaged ecosystem or make the ecosystem develop in a virtuous cycle,to create a pleasant surface ecological environment;To control the outbound dust,boiler flue gas,and gas extraction from washing and loading trucks to create a suitable atmospheric ecological environment in mining areas.
