  • 摘要

    针对智慧矿山建设过程中存在的信息孤岛、数据质量和网络信息安全等问题,分析了智慧矿山建设技术架构现状,对比了智慧矿山建设与煤炭工业互联网关系,采用以ISO/IEC/IEEE42010系统与软件工程标准为主要方法论,提出了智慧矿山工业互联网架构体系,包括设备层、边缘层、企业层和产业层的“网络、标识、平台、安全”四大系统建设,提出了智慧矿山工业互联网平台技术5层架构,分析了各层构建的主要内容和相互关系,包括:①现场层,提供工业设备与业务管理数据来源与流程优化场景;②边缘层,构建基于OPC UATSN融合的边缘云计算架构,实现感知、互联与计算的边缘侧应用闭环;③IaaS层,构建基于边云协同的存储与计算架构,实现网络、存储、CPU等资源虚拟化与池化;④工业PaaS平台层,包括通用资源部署与管理、矿山大数据引擎、矿山机理与大数据建模分析、矿山数字孪生信息模型建模引擎和基于微服务框架及组件开发环境;⑤工业SaaS应用层,调用和封装工业PaaS平台上的开发工具、矿山机理模型、数据驱动模型等服务开发智慧矿山业务运行与矿山智能化应用APP。并探讨了基于智慧矿山工业互联网操作系统PaaS平台构建“智慧矿山大脑”赋能智慧矿山建设,主要有矿山资源勘察、数字化协同设计、矿井施工管理、综合自动化集成、智能开采、快速掘进、地测管理、故障诊断、智能物流、智能通风、精准感知、重大危险源辨识与控制等赋能应用场景,最后进行了总结和展望。


  • Abstract

    Aiming at the problems of information island,data quality and network information security in the process of intelligent mine construction,this paper analyzes the current situation of smart mine construction technology framework,and compares the relationship between smart mine construction and coal industry internet.The main methodology is ISO/IEC/IEEE42010 system and software engineering standard,The Internet architecture system of smart mine industry is put forward,including four system construction of “network,logo,platform and security” of equipment layer,edge layer,enterprise layer and industry layer,it expounds the five layer architecture of smart mine industry internet platform technology,and analyzes the main contents and interrelations of each layer,including Site layer,providing data sources and process optimization scenarios for industrial equipment and business management; Edge layer,an edge cloud computing architecture based on the integration of OPC UA and TSN is constructed to realize the closed-loop edge application of perception,interconnection and computing; IaaS layer,to build a storage and computing architecture based on edge cloud collaboration,to realize the virtualization and pooling of network,storage,CPU and other resources; Industrial PaaS platform layer,including general resource deployment and management,mining big data engine,mining mechanism and big data modeling analysis,mining digital twin information model modeling engine and development environment based on micro service framework and components; The industrial SaaS application layer calls and encapsulates the development tools,mine mechanism model,data-driven model and other services on the industrial PaaS platform to develop intelligent mine business operation and mine intelligent application APP. It also discusses the construction of “smart mine brain” enabling intelligent mine based on PaaS platform of smart mine industry internet operation system,The main application scenarios are mine resource exploration,digital collaborative design,mine construction management,integrated automation integration,intelligent mining,rapid excavation,geological survey management,fault diagnosis,JP2intelligent logistics,intelligent ventilation,accurate perception,major hazard identification and control,emergency rescue and long-range supervision and supervision. Finally,the summary and prospect are given.
