针对井壁取芯无刷直流电机控制系统开发成本高.系统灵活性差等问题.设计了一种基于ARM 和DSP 双核的无刷直流电机控制系统.ARM 控制器实现人机交互和数据通信等功能.DSP控制器实现对无刷电机的实时控制和模拟量采样.数据处理等功能.本文首先建立了无刷直流电机数学模型.完成了系统的总体设计以及软硬件设计.最后实验结果表明:该控制系统能够稳定运行.满足无刷直流电机对控制系统的需求.同时降低了开发成本.具有工程借鉴意义.
Due to the problems of high cost and poor flexibility in the development of brushless DC motor control system for sidewall coring. a dual-core brushless DC motor control system based on ARM and DSP was designed. The man-machine interaction and data communication can be realized by ARM controller. while the real-time control. analog sampling and data processing of the brushless motor can be realized by DSP controller. In this paper. the mathematical model of brushless DC motor was firstly established. and the overall design of the system as well as software and hardware design was completed. Finally. the experimental results show that the control system can operate stably and meet the requirements of brushless DC motor for control system. At the same time. the development cost has been reduced. which has engineering reference significance.
