    随着千万吨综采工作面的普及,综采集成供液系统的供液质量、效率、智能化程度无法达到安全高产高效矿井快速发展的要求。研发了一套针对超大采高工作面的智能集成供液系统,单台乳化液泵站流量达到800 L/min,额定工作压力达到40 MPa。重点介绍了系统整体设计,大流量乳化液泵、大流量喷雾泵、超高压泵、电磁卸荷与智能变频控制、乳化液自动配比等关键技术。在大柳塔煤矿实现成功应用,泵站供液效率提高15%,移架速度提高20%,满足工作面恒压供液高效用液需求,实现了超大采高综采工作面智能集成供液系统的示范应用。
  • Abstract

    With the popularization of ten million tons of fully mechanized mining face, the quality, efficiency and intelligence of the integrated liquid supply system for fully mechanized mining cannot meet the requirements of the rapid development of safe, high-yield and efficient mines. This paper has developed a set of intelligent integrated liquid supply system for super high mining face. The flow of a single emulsion pump station reaches 800 L/min, and the rated working pressure reaches 40 MPa. The key technologies such as the overall design of the system, the large flow emulsion pump, the large flow spray pump, the ultra-high pressure pump, the electromagnetic unloading and intelligent frequency conversion control, and the automatic proportioning of emulsion are emphatically introduced. It has been successfully applied in Daliuta Coal Mine. The liquid supply efficiency of the pump station has been increased by 15%, and the moving speed has been increased by 20%. It can meet the needs of constant pressure liquid supply and high efficiency liquid use in the working face, and has realized the demonstration application of intelligent integrated liquid supply system in the super high fully mechanized working face.
