Design and application of intelligent patrol system for coal mine main transportation system

In recent years, with the steady advance of intelligent construction in coal mine, the patrol inspection technology of intelligent robot in coal mine has become an effective tool for intelligent transformation and development of coal industry. By comparing the application status of various intelligent inspection robots in China, the characteristics and existing problems of various inspection robots are analyzed, the research and development route and application scenario of the intelligent inspection robot of the rail type, rope type and wire rope traction type for the belt conveyor in coal mine are presented, from the robot walking mode, patrol line, charging mode, communication mode and other aspects of comprehensive consideration, designed the main transportation intelligent inspection robot foreign body recognition, infrared temperature measurement, abnormal voice detection and personnel violations of the important functions of recognition, at the same time, the key technologies such as audio and video intelligent recognition, endurance time, positioning and navigation, non-contact flexible compensation and charging of the inspection robot are overcome, which is of great significance for ensuring the reliable operation of the belt conveyor in coal mine. Taking the deployment of a wire rope-driven intelligent inspection robot in Daliuta coal mine as an example, the robot can satisfy the inspection tasks of belt running state, gas information monitoring, roller temperature detection, driving part and motor temperature point inspection, etc. . According to statistics, the accuracy of the intelligent inspection robot in diagnosing and early warning of equipment faults is over 70% , realizing the shift of inspection personnel from 1-2 to no one, and saving more than 1 million yuan in labor cost every year, it lays a foundation for the popularization and application of intelligent mine inspection robot technology in the industry.
