  • 摘要
    防爆无轨胶轮运输车是目前各大煤矿使用最广泛的井下辅助运输设备之一,满足越来越多的地下辅助运输设备的迫切需求。但是防爆无轨胶轮运输车装卸排水设备时普遍移动不灵活,经常要人拉肩扛,操控不方便,不能满足应急抢险排水泵搬运的时间要求,存在严重的安全隐患。研究设计了一种新型煤矿应急救援排水泵搬运车,采用反对称拉杆转向机构及骑跨式车架,解决了现有技术中存在的常规防爆无轨胶轮运输车装卸排水设备移动不灵活,无法搬运大型潜水电泵的技术问题。试验结果表明:采用反对称拉杆转向机构,车辆转向更为灵活,可实现八字转向,同时减少了轮胎的磨损并提高轮胎使用寿命。采用骑跨式车架明显提高了车辆承载安全系数,仿真结果表明,车架在满载静止工况下的安全系数高达4.0,转向机构及悬架强度也满足要求。
  • Abstract

    At present, explosion-proof trackless rubber wheel transporter is one of the most widely used underground auxiliary transportation equipment in major coal mines, to meet the urgent needs of more and more underground auxiliary transportation equipment. However, the explosion-proof trackless rubber wheel transporter is generally not flexible when loading and unloading drainage equipment, and often needs to be pulled and carried. The operation is not convenient, and it cannot meet the time requirements of emergency drainage pump handling, and there are serious safety risks. A new type of coal mine emergency rescue drainage pump truck is designed, which uses the antimetrical pull rod steering mechanism and straddling frame, and solves the technical problems that the conventional explosion-proof trackless rubber wheel transport truck is not flexible in handling drainage equipment and cannot handle large submersible electric pump. The experimental results show that the anti-symmetric tie rod steering mechanism can make the vehicle steering more flexible, realize the figure-shaped steering, reduce the tire wear and improve the service life of the tire. The riding straddle-type frame can obviously improve the safety factor of the vehicle load. The simulation results show that the safety factor of the frame is up to 4.0 under full load static condition, Also,the intensity of Steering mechanism and Suspension meet the requirement.
