  • 摘要
    煤矿综采工作面智能化开采是采矿行业发展的一大跨越式进步,是行业发展的大势所趋。为了实现煤矿综采工作面的智能开采,以神东煤炭集团榆家梁煤矿43207工作面为研究对象,以三维地质建模技术结合现代化装备实现工作面智能化开采。首先通过工作面勘探资料和后期定向钻机探测资料,建立初始工作面三维透明地质模型;然后通过工作面激光扫描等综合煤岩界面模型,结合每班测量人员对工作面的测量数据对三维初始模型进行修正,生成工作面精确三维地质模型;将建立的三维地质模型输入煤机电液控系统,设定预想割煤线,根据电液控系统反馈工作面绝对位置坐标,按照推进步距生成未来10刀的顶底板截割线,并将数据反馈给电液控系统,由其指导采煤机按照规划路线自主智能割煤;再通过自动割煤、跟机拉架、远程干预、巡检机器人、三维激光扫描、以太环网通讯、全景视频监控等现代化装备技术实现工作面智能化开采。研究成果为国内综采工作面智能化开采提供技术参考,为我国煤矿实现智能化开采技术起到很好的推进作用。
  • Abstract

    Intelligent mining of fully mechanized coal face is a great leap forward in the development of mining industry, is the general trend of the industry development. In order to realize the intelligent mining of fully mechanized coal mining face, taking 43207 working face of Yujialiang coal mine of Shendong Coal Group as the research object, the intelligent mining of working face is realized by 3D geological modeling technology combined with modern equipment. Firstly, the 3D transparent geological model of the initial working face is established through the data of the working face exploration and the later directional drilling rig exploration, and then the comprehensive coal-rock interface model such as the working face laser scanning is adopted, according to the surveying data of each shift, the 3D initial model is revised, and the accurate 3D geological model of the face is generated, setting up the expected cutting line, feedback the absolute position coordinates of the working face according to the electro-hydraulic control system, generate the next 10 knives cutting line of the top and bottom plate according to the advancing distance, and feed back the data to the electro-hydraulic control system, by its guidance Shearer in accordance with the planning line autonomous intelligent coal cutting; Then through the automatic coal cutting, machine pulling, remote intervention, inspection robot, three-dimensional laser scanning, Ethernet ring communication, panoramic video monitoring and other modern equipment technology to achieve intelligent mining face. The research results provide technical reference for domestic fully mechanized coal face intelligent mining, and play a good role in promoting the realization of intelligent mining technology in our coal mine.
