能源转型背景下,煤炭产业改革势在必行,分析和评估其社会经济影响显得尤为重要。从煤炭产业转型对于“四矿”及社会民生方面的影响展开,并建立能源消费成本核算模型,从定性与定量的角度分别剖析我国煤炭产业格局演变的社会经济影响。结果表明:“四矿”在各自的发展轨迹中都出现了不同程度的环境和社会问题,煤炭转型高质量发展将为破局困境提供可行方案;我国以煤为主的能源结构优化引发了能源消费成本激增,但随着碳排放成本增加,能源消费成本构成将会发生变化,煤炭产业高质量转型发展迫在眉睫,能源转型的安全性和经济性不容忽视。

In the context of energy transformation, the reform of the coal industry is imperative, and analysis and evaluation of its social and economic impacts are particularly important.Starting from the influence of the transformation of the coal industry on the “four mines” and social development, the energy consumption cost accounting model is established, and the social and economic impact of China's coal industry pattern has been analyzed from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative perspectives.The results show that the four mines have different degrees of environmental and social problems, and the optimization of coal-based energy structure in China has caused the increase of energy consumption cost, while as the carbon emissions cost increases, the cost structure of energy consumption will experience a profound change.Thus, the high-quality transformation and development of the coal industry is imminent for sustainable development of energy systems.
