摘要
为了更有针对性地对灵新煤矿16号煤层051608综采面采空区煤自燃风险进行早期预防,采用实验与现场相结合的方式,通过物理相似模拟实验分析得到051608工作面采空区遗煤自燃极限参数,同时现场观测研究051608工作面采空区自燃“三带”分布特征。研究结果表明,漏风风流从进风侧采空区流向回风侧,氧气浓度进风侧随埋入深度增大衰减较慢,且高氧气浓度的范围大,随着埋入采空区距离增大氧气浓度逐渐降低。判定得到051608工作面采空区进风侧和回风侧氧化升温带范围分别为20~90m和13~65m,计算得到预防煤自燃最小安全推进速度为2.39m/d。研究结果为合理确定防灭火工艺提供了依据,能够保障工作面安全回采。

Abstract
In order to effectively prevent the risk of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf of 051608 fully mechanizedmining face in Lingxin Coal Mine 16# coal seam, a combination of experiment and on-site analysis was conducted to obtainthe limit parameters of spontaneous combustion of coal remaining in the goaf of 051608 working face through physical similarity simulation experiments. At the same time, on-site observation and research were conducted on the “ three zones” distribution characteristics of spontaneous combustion in the goaf of 051608 working face. The research results show that the airleakage flow from the goaf on the air inlet side to the return air side, the oxygen concentration on the air inlet side attenuatesslowly with the increase of burial depth. And the range of high oxygen concentration is wide, and the oxygen concentrationgradually decreases with the increase of burial distance in the goaf. It is determined that the range of oxidation temperaturerising zone on the air inlet side and return air side of the goaf in 051608 working face is 20 ~ 90 m and 13 ~ 65 m respectively. The minimum safe advance speed for preventing coal spontaneous combustion is calculated to be 2. 39 m/ d. The research results provide a basis for reasonably determining the fire prevention and extinguishing technology, and can ensurethe safe mining of the working face.
