    井下运输装备的安全性和可靠性一直是煤矿行业关注的重点,以航天重工研制的80 t支架搬运车为研究背景,以其在矿区出现的下14°坡时前轮爆胎问题为研究背景,对其爆胎原因进行整车受力分析,得到下坡时支架质心点向前下方偏移,使得前轮轮载超过其额定载荷是爆胎的主要原因。从成本角度出发,提出将提升机构反向安装的方法,该方法在实施过程中遇到提升机构安装螺栓数量由14个减少为11个的问题,螺栓数量的减少,需要对新结构的螺栓强度进行校核。首先通过动力学仿真软件Adams计算出各工况下提升机构上的最大承载,再利用有限元仿真软件Abaqus校核反向安装提升机构螺栓的强度,得到反向安装后11个螺栓均能满足强度要求。
  • Abstract
    The safety and reliability of underground transportation equipment has always been the key point concerns in coalmine industry. Taking the 80 tons support carrier developed by Aerospace Heavy Industry as the research object, and the tireexplosion problem of the front wheel in the lower 14°slope in the mining area is taken as the lead. The force analysis of thevehicle on the cause of tire explosion is carried out, and it is found that the centroid point of the support is shifted forwardand down when going downhill, and the wheel load of the front wheel exceeds its rated load. From the perspective of cost, thehoisting mechanism of reverse installation method is put forward, but in the process of implementation of this method inhoisting mechanism installed bolt number by 14 reduced to the problem of 11, reduction in the number of bolts, the boltstrength of the new structure needs to be checked. Firstly, by the dynamics simulation software Adams under various operating conditions to calculate the support role in hoisting mechanism on the load, under various operating conditions in order toget the largest bearing on hoisting mechanism, using the finite element simulation software Abaqus reverse installation enhance the strength of the bolt. After the reverse installation, the 11 bolts can meet the strength requirements.
