摘要
【目的】为提升柱塞泵的性能、寿命与安全运行提供参考。【方法】从理论计算及仿真的角度综述了柱塞副的油膜特性,针对其厚度场、压力场和温度场进行了分析,概述了柱塞副的摩擦学特性、润滑介质和匹配材料对其摩擦学行为的影响,列举了具有更低磨损率的柱塞副匹配材料,阐述了表面织构的润滑减摩机理及表面织构的形状、面积率和尺寸及分布方式等因素对柱塞副摩擦学性能的影响。【结论】轴向柱塞泵是液压装备的核心元件,被称作液压系统的“心脏”。柱塞泵关键摩擦副服役状态下的磨损严重威胁着装备的可靠运行和长寿命服役安全,更是制约柱塞泵发展和应用的技术瓶颈。柱塞副是轴向柱塞泵中数量最多、最为关键的摩擦副之一,其摩擦学性能直接决定了柱塞泵的服役寿命。当柱塞副油膜润滑不良时,轴向柱塞泵会严重损坏。

Abstract
【Purposes】 It was expected to provide a reference for improving the performance, lifetime and service safety of piston pump. 【Methods】 This work reviewed the oil film charateristics of plunger pairs from the view of theoretical calculation and simulation. The thickness field, pressure field, and temperature field of oil film were analyzed to elucidate the lubrication per-formance. The tribological characteristics of plunger pairs, and the effect of lubrication medium and matching materials on their tribological behavior were summarized. The plunger pairs matc-hing materials with low wear rate at present were enlisted. The lubrication and friction reduction mechanism of surface texture, and the effect of texture shape, area ratio, size, and distribution on tribological properties of plunger pairs were elucidated. 【Conclusions】 Axial piston pump is the core component of hydraulic equipment, known as the 'heart' of hydraulic system. The wear of key friction pairs of piston pump in service condition seriously threatens the reliable operation and long life service safety of equipment, and is also a technical bottleneck restricting the devel-opment and application of piston pump. Plunger pairs are one of the most numerous and key fric-tion pairs in axial piston pump, and their tribological performance directly determines the service life of piston pump. The axial piston pump will be seriously damaged if the plunger pairs are with poor lubrication.
