    煤炭企业的转型发展需要专利技术力量的有力支撑,为探究专利对煤炭企业绿色高效发展所发挥的作用机制,以2016—2021年中国沪深A股煤炭上市公司为研究样本,运用多元回归的方法实证研究专利质量对煤炭企业绿色发展与全要素生产率的影响关系。研究发现:专利技术质量对煤炭企业全要素生产率提高有显著促进作用而对其绿色发展影响作用不明显;专利法律质量对企业全要素生产率存在一定负面影响,但却能有效促进企业绿色发展水平的提高;专利经济质量与全要素生产率影响作用不显著且和企业绿色发展呈负向运动。结果表明:专利质量在促进煤炭企业绿色发展与全要素生产率提高的同时也会产生一定负面作用,稳步提高专利质量,并实现绿色发展与全要素生产率提高相协调仍是需要解决的重要问题。
  • Abstract
    The transformation and development of coal enterprises need the strong support of patenttechnology. In order to explore the mechanism of patent for the green and efficient development of coalenterprises, this paper takes China Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share coal listed companies from 2016 to2021 as research samples, and empirically studies the relationship between patent quality and green development of coal enterprises and total factor productivity by using the method of multiple regression. Itis found that the quality of patented technology has a significant effect on improving the total factor productivity of coal enterprises, but has no obvious effect on its green development; the quality of patentlaw has a certain negative impact on the total factor productivity of enterprises, but it can effectivelypromote the improvement of the green development level of enterprises; the influence of patent economic quality on total factor productivity is not significant and it is negatively related to the green development of enterprises. The results show that patent quality can not only promote the green developmentand total factor productivity of coal enterprises, but also have some negative effects. It is still importantto improve patent quality steadily and realize the coordination between green development and total factor productivity.
