    电厂传统的煤样转运需要人工参与搬运且面临着煤样转运时间长、效率低、转运过程不可控、样品安全性与保密性不高等问题,为实现燃料智能化系统中煤样安全、快速、高效的运输,基于无人驾驶技术的高效智能煤样转运系统应用研究很有必要。从智能无人车转运系统的组成与结构两大部分介绍智能无人车转运系统设计,同时阐述智能无人车转运系统的车辆调度,并归纳无人车转运系统的主要特点。运用无人驾驶小车作为煤样输送载体,设计小车内部用于样品进出的输送设备以及采样、制样、存样系统中的装卸车平台,开发远端管控系统与无人车调度系统以实现原煤样、分析煤样在采制样系统与样品存储系统之间的安全、快速、大批量的自动传输,真正实现无人化作业,为无人驾驶技术在燃料智能化行业的应用与推广奠定基础。无人驾驶技术在燃料智能化系统中的应用研究表明:智能无人车转运系统全程无人参与并可实现24h不间断作业,大幅提升转运能力;转运过程的需求响应快、对接时间短、转运效率高;转运过程车辆参数、车辆行驶路径与轨迹、环境影像、车内影像等信息实时采集与存储,样品安全性高;装车与卸车站点设置灵活,能满足原煤样品与分析样品的大批量、远距离输送。
  • Abstract
    The traditional coal sample transportation in power plants requires manual participation and faces problemssuch as long coal sample transportation time, low efficiency, uncontrollable transportation process, and low samplesafety and confidentiality. In order to realize the safe, fast and efficient transportation of middling coal samples in theintelligent fuel system, it is necessary to study the application of efficient intelligent coal sample transportation systembased on unmanned driving technology. This paper introduced the design of the intelligent unmanned vehicle transfersystem from two aspects: its composition and structure. At the same time, it elaborated the vehicle scheduling of theintelligent unmanned vehicle transfer system and summarized the main characteristics of the unmanned vehicle transfersystem. Using an unmanned car as a coal sample transportation carrier, this paper designed the transportation equip⁃ment for sample entry and exit inside the car, as well as the loading and unloading platform in the sampling, samplepreparation, and storage system, developed a remote control system and an unmanned car scheduling system to a⁃chieve safe, fast, and large⁃scale automatic transmission of raw coal samples and analyzed coal samples among thesampling, preparation, and storage systems. The truly unmanned operations can be realized, and the foundation forthe application and promotion of autonomous driving technology in the fuel intelligence industry can be established.The application research of unmanned driving technology in fuel intelligent systems shows that the intelligent un⁃manned vehicle transfer system can be fully unmanned and achieve 24⁃hour uninterrupted operation, which can great⁃ly improve the transfer capacity; the demand response during the transportation process is fast, the docking time isshort, and the transportation efficiency is high; the real time collection and storage of vehicle parameters, vehicletravel paths and trajectories, environmental images, and interior images during the transportation process can bedone, high sample safety can be ensured; the setting of loading and unloading stations is flexible, which can meetthe needs of large⁃scale and long⁃distance transportation of raw coal samples and analytical samples.
