Abstract
In view of the fact that the local ventilation system of the heading face cannot monitor in real time and intelligently control the air flow state of the air duct outlet, the wind field distribution is unreasonable, resulting in potential safety problems such as gas overrun and dust accumulation, based on the intelligent control device of the heading face air flow, the virtual reality and remote monitoring technology are used to design the virtual mapping remote monitoring system of the physical device. Unity3D is used to build the virtual scene model of the system; based on Sugar BI cloud platform, PC/ Android remote monitoring software is developed, including 3D virtual scene preview, real-time data and video monitoring, prediction and early warning mechanism, intelligent control module and support information subsystem. The system is tested on the laboratory simulation experiment test platform. The results show that, the system runs reliably and all expected functions can be realized, thus improving the intelligent visualization of ventilation on the heading face.
