摘要
为探究新型内置锥形面除尘滤筒的脉冲喷吹再生性能,利用ANSYS软件构建了锥形面滤筒除尘器CFD数值模型,考察了喷嘴角度为-30°~45°、喷吹高度为50~750mm条件下脉冲喷吹流场特征,分析了脉冲喷吹强度和喷吹均匀性。结果表明,脉冲喷吹过程中,锥形面除尘滤筒内静压自下而上蓄积,滤筒内靠近开口附近存在局部涡旋。从喷吹均匀性角度看,喷嘴角度为30°最有利于促进喷吹气流对上部区域产生清灰作用,提升整体喷吹均匀性;整体喷吹强度则随着喷嘴角度的增大先增后降,喷嘴角度为3.1°对应的喷吹强度最大。喷吹高度对喷吹性能的影响主要在滤筒上部区域,最佳喷吹高度为550mm,且在对应条件下进入滤筒的气流最大。

Abstract
In order to investigate the regeneration performance of a new type of built-in conical filter cartridge for dust removal with pulse jet,a CFD numerical model of conical filter cartridge for dust removal was constructed by using ANSYS software,and the characteristics of the flow field under the condition that the nozzle angle in the range of -30° to 45° and jet distance in the range of 50 mm to 750 mm were investigated. The results show that the static pressure in the conical filter cartridge for dust removal accumulated from the bottom to top during the pulsed-jet cleaning process. A local vortex revealed in the filter near the opening. From the aspect of pulsed-jet uniformity,the appropriate nozzle angle (30° here) is conducive to the direct impact of jet airflow acting on the upper area to form the cleaning effect,which promotes the a more uniform cleaning performance. While the intensity of overall pulsed-jet cleaning increases first and then decreases with the increase of the nozzle angle,with the maximum cleaning intensity corresponding to the angle of 3. 1°. The influence of the jet distance on the regeneration performance is mainly attribute to the upper part of the filter cartridge. The best jet distance is 550 mm and the airflow goes into the filter cartridge is the largest in the corresponding condition.
